Remedy: eat real foods, foods that keep your stomach full for longer times. When it comes to snacking, try apples. It will keep you full and slowly you will stop feeling the urge to snack, because apples are not as tasty as chips.
Soft Drink Addiction – Soda can be very addictive. You might not notice at first, but when you do you will realize that the soda consumption only increases with time. Check your fridge, you will find some bottles of your favorite soft drinks kept for you. Whenever you feel like, you open it and drink some. There is no count, every time you go out for eating you end up drinking more of these sodas. And it goes on and on.
Remedy: carry water bottles with you when you go out. Drink as much water as you need, keep yourself hydrated so that the need to drink soft drink goes away. Keep enough clear drinking water in your fridge, and when you feel thirsty, drink water not soda.
