About Real World Fitness

I've been into fitness for a long time - starting in high school and continuing throughout my life. My interest in nutrition has been more spotty, with no real direction until the past year when I've done much more research and have been more vocal about promoting nutritious choices.

My main interest is in supporting those who are trying to improve their health while living with real-world issues: working full time, managing family life, dealing with business travel, and juggling multiple responsibilities. It isn't easy, but I've also been in these situations for many years and hope to offer some ideas and solutions for others.
