At Darwin’s Table Joins the Hive Health Media Blog Network

Hive Health Media is proud to announce that the paleo diet blog, At Darwin’s Table, has joined the Hive Health Media Blog Network.

At Darwin’s Table is a blog that explores the idea of eating a diet based on darwinian evolutionary principles.   In short, the basic premise involves eating foods that we evolved to eat such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, fish, and meat instead of consuming a diet based on grains.

At Darwin’s Table is written by Dr. Dan, PhD, who’s a biology researcher in the field predator-prey interactions.  His blog chronicles his personal journey exploring the paleo diet along with exploring the science behind it.
