    Thanks Chloe for your appreciation! Staying fit and fine depends on the healthy choices we make and using olive oil as cooking medium is really good for health.

    Great post. If we could only do two things from this list I would vote for adding fish to our daily diet and gradually eliminating sugar for maximum healthy benefits. I would also add olive oil to the list.
