In an article I wrote last month, I detailed how I lost 20 lbs in only 12 weeks on the EET Fitness Plan while eating a load of, what many people might term, “crap” literally every day of the week. It’s been 6 weeks since then, and I have lost another 10 lbs, without giving up a single ounce of junk food.
