Does Eating and Exercise Timing Work? | Sample Workouts

In an article I wrote last month, I detailed how I lost 20 lbs in only 12 weeks on the EET Fitness Plan while eating a load of, what many people might term, “crap” literally every day of the week. It’s been 6 weeks since then, and I have lost another 10 lbs, without giving up a single ounce of junk food.


Here’s another sampling of some of the other treat meals I consume from time to time:


  • 3 KFC chicken pieces (I like a mix of crispy and original flavor)
  • 1 plate macaroni salad
  • 1 plate coleslaw
  • 1 large glass root beer
  • 1 large root beer float with vanilla ice cream


  • 1 large plate ribs
  • 1 plate french fries
  • 1 side dish shrimp
  • 1 plate mixed vegetables
  • 1 large glass root beer
  • 1 large slice cheese cake


  • 1 Burger King Whopper
  • Large Onion Rings
  • Side Salad
  • 3 Krispy Kreme Donuts

    Hey man sounds like you have made great progress on your training regimen. It is a different type of way to go about eating and training than I am used to but it seems to work for you. Keep up the great work. I am a personal trainer and I will be writing an e-book soon on nutrition and fitness and would love for you to check it out and give me some feedback sometime.
