Review your plan at regularly scheduled times. Monitoring your progress at regularly scheduled intervals is one of the most important habits you can build for adopting and sticking to a family health plan. I like to align my health review with other monthly required chores. In my town the first Saturday of the month is garbage day. Our town picks up any garbage, helping you get rid of the unwanted. It’s this physical clearing out of the unwanted that prompts me to remember I need to review my health. Why? I don’t know, but it works. Find what works for you.
