Actually there have been several experiments and studies that show how eating carbs later in the day and before bed may be better than eating them in the morning, especially when it comes to losing fat. The amazing Layne Norton wrote about it on his blog as well.
Now of course, this only applies if the carbs aren’t coming from chips and pizza but from some better sources ;)

Thanks Brankica – Hive guru Jarret Morrow wrote about that last year – It’s a verrrrryyyyy interesting study worthy of some real world experimentation.

Would you be willing to do an experiment and write an article for the Hive?

Say…1 week low-carb at night and 1 week high carb at night..tracking BF%, perceived strength, health, etc….

I make it a rule to brush my teeth before I hit the bedroom, and if I want to eat, I refuse myself, because I can’t eat after I brush my teeth. Sometimes it really stinks because my stomach and brain won’t shut down!

Haha! I love this and it’s so true! Either that or a whole pizza when you only swore you’d have a slice.

One of my old university roommates ate an entire tub of ice cream in one sitting – and not the little Haagen Daz size tubs…I’m talking the big two-handed tubs. It made me sick just watching him
