Bruise – B – Gone

It’s a little known fact that even the biggest, most alpha male, uber-muscled manly man has soft, gooey parts of himself that he keeps tucked away for safe keeping.

For some, it’s a love of needlepoint. For others, it’s a collection of Beanie Babies.

For me, it’s that I….

    1. Get all teary-eyed while watching the movie Rudy, and
    2. Bruise like an over-ripe banana.

And while I still have no cure for my leaky eye sockets, I do have a solution for my bruised arms & legs.

Zax’s Bruise Cream

A couple of months ago, one of my clients mentioned that she had seen a vast improvement in her plantar fasciitis after using a product made by a Canadian company called Zax’s. And since I know a couple of other people with that problem, I checked out their website.

You could have knocked me over with a feather when I saw that in addition to their Heelspur cream, they also had a cream that was supposed to help speed healing of bruises.

The next day, I picked up a tube at the drugstore and rubbed it on one of the two massive bruises I had acquired from doing heavy sets of barbell Hip Thrusts.

Two days later the bruise that I had smeared with the bruise cream was noticeably fainter than the other browny-purple eyesore.

After 4 days, the Zax’s bruise was gone while the other one was still darkish brown (gross…I know).

I was a happy camper.

Disclosure

I am not receiving any compensation from Zax’s for this product review. I just think it’s a great product for us bruise-prone individuals.
