Please, read between the lines! There’s nothing new in all these touted weight loss plans! Just listen to the storyline, ‘eat less carb, eat less carb, eat good carb’, etc. And then the funny one is the Hollywood style, where the dieter has to subsist on fruit juices! What a crap! Subsist on fruit juices and suffer the consequences of poor nutrition! That’s just it! The name ‘Hollywood’, was attached to it to make it sound authentic. When have Hollywood become alternative medicine practitioners? Please let your head rule your heart in all things; don’t be swept off your feet by emotions!
