Natural Cures for Erectile Dysfunction

Viagra, Cialis or cheap Viagra alternatives from Canada are not the only treatment options for erectile dysfunction.  There are several natural remedies for impotence, including replacing unhealthy foods high in fat, sugar and cholesterol with healthy antioxidant foods high in lycopene, including strawberries, watermelon and tomatoes.  Lycopene naturally relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.  Also important are Omega-3 Fatty Acids, and complex protein, such as fish, nuts and complex proteins that reduces fat, cholesterol and triglycerides in the human body.

Exercises such as male pelvic muscle exercises helps strengthen muscles that allows men to keep blood in the penis to continue an erection by flexing the PC muscle during sexual intercourse.

The third natural cure for erectile dysfunction is to include a supplement that contains saw palmetto, which is a natural ingredient used in Asia for nearly 2,000 years to treat male reproductive issues.  To learn more about natural treatments for erectile dysfunction, please visit:  (menshealthcures.com).

I have been having the problem of Erectile Dysfunction for about 3-4 years. For the last 2 yrs I was on Stamlobeta 5 once a day for my BP and on Finheart (statin) one every night for my trigycerides. Last year I found out about a personal meditation program that had very good results on similar cases. Here it is http://www.brainsynctechnology.com/shop/personal-brainsync-album/. All I had to do was write down the affirmations that I wanted and that’s it. After few hours I did received an email back with few more affirmations from BrainSync Technology team. The program was ready in 24 hours. I have been going through some mental stress but now I am getting back to normal and I am fully able to satisfy my partner at 56 ;)

It’s great news that there are alternative medications out there for ED that are natural and safe to use. Although I have read an article from this link:

    http://www.stmarksbethany.org/articles/suffer-no-more-from-ed-with-vardenafil-hcl-20mg.html

There are many testimonies about men taking these medications and were able to overcome ED with no serious side effects, and i think it wouldn’t also hurt to try the natural alternatives. I think it may depend on how severe the condition is, or the preferences of the patient himself.

Stress can be one of the causes of Erectile Dysfunction. You may be worried about work, or issues at home. The best thing to do to try and cure stress is to take a day for yourself – no work, no family, just you. Do what you want to do. If, after you’ve destressed you still have Erectile Dysfunction then there are medications available, like Kamagra, to help you. You’re not alone.

Thank you for the article. I founds lots of new things for myself. Ye, i agree that alcohol and cigarettes influence badly the men’s ability to achieve the erection but what to do if these habits have become a part of life? I think there are certain medical cures for such men lime me, when it feels impossible to give up smoking and drinking with the own forces.

Yeah i agree with you Ken Weiss. Smoking & excessive consumption of alcohol can lead to ED. Enumerating causes of ED helps a lot of men to be fully aware that health always comes first. Healthy living can be beneficial to all of us, always keep that in mind. But on a lighter note, there are so many ways to get rid of ED. There are the natural remedies as mentioned in this article and also medical prescriptions that will need you to seek a doctoral advise. Thanks for this great articles Ken! Keep it up!

Diabetes can wreck your body. I don’t think many men in their 30’s worry about their sugar levels.

Hi Susan. People with Type 1 Diabetes know daily how this disease wrecks their body. The problem really is with the growing number of young men with Type 2 Diabete. This is due to poor diet and lack of exercise. Men don’t realize that diabetes wracks the body and can cause many diseases, including erectile dysfunction as a result of hardening of the arteries and damage to other organs.

Great article, but let’s not forget that there can also be psychological causes for erection problems. That’s why it’s important to be able to talk about it. Share it with your partner and don’t be afraid to visit your doctor.

Hi Jarrett, erectile dysfunction in young men in their 20’s and 30’s is huge. I have an article on this topic on Ezine articles, which is by far my most reviewed article, with over 1,000 views and has been emailed twice from that link.

Before I wrote my first article on the topic, I had read several articles and forum posts on the topic.

I have a great article on causes of ED in young men. If you would like I will re-write the article so the content is fresh and will submit for your review to add to the site.

      Thanks,

      Ken

We are so glad that you mentioned that there ARE natural, herbal remedies that improve libido, stamina and the ability to obtain and maintain an erection. There are testimonials on our site from many men – both young and old – who have seen marked improvement in a short amount of time.

I hope you will keep our comment so that men interested in another alternative can read more about our Better Man Now formula.

With the prevelance of prostate enlargement and cancer, even men who don’t have erecticle dysfucntion issues will want to be doing something proactive to maintain or improve prostate health too.

I have met someone very special to me and last night we attempted to have sex for the first time. Alcohol and cigarets were involved. Because we are in our 20s I feel as of the problem is psychological and I can’t help but to feel as if it was my fault that my partner is suffering from ED. I would like to discuss this problem with him but Its far too early in the relationship to talk about ED. I fear that ED will destroy this relationship before we get a chance to grow as a couple. How should I go about bringing up the topic without crippling the relationship we have constructed?
