    What causes dead skin and does it go away naturally without exfoliation. Also do eating certain food shed away dead skin cells from the face.

    These are good tips for taking care of the skin. I am a little slack in getting my beauty rest, but I’m working on it.

    Vegetarians and vegans can include flax seeds and oil, hemp seeds and oils, and walnuts…along with other foods to meet the requirement of essential fatty acids.
