Home Remedies for Common Medical Issues
Diarrhea is a common problem. If left untreated it can cause dehydration and many serious side effects. It can be treated effectively if it is treated with home remedies as early as possible.
- Do you love to eat pomegranate or drink pomegranate juice? What do you do with the peel? I am sure you throw it off in the trash can. Never throw them off hereafter. Cut into pieces and leave them to dry. When they are free from any moisture and when they are breakable store them in an air-proof container. Take 5-6 pieces and boil them in a cup of hot water. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and drink the tea. You can also powder the dried skin and dissolve it in a cup of boiling water and drink it. Although there are not much studies to support this, it is definitely one of the most safest and effective home remedy to treat diarrhea.
- Poppy seeds paste that thickens and adds flavor to your gravy can cure your diarrhea magically. It has been proved scientifically that poppy seeds contain oleic acid that improves your digestion. This makes it effective in treating diarrhea. It is one of the reliable remedies.
Herbal remedies for diarrhea include herbs like blueberries, bilberries and blackberries. Make note that fresh blueberries may worsen the condition. Blueberries should be taken in the dried form. If home remedies and herbal remedies are not helpful, it is better to consult a health care provider.
seem interesting though!
“It is true that you have to depend upon the modern techniques for right diagnosis and the modern medications for severe health issues.” It is not true that a person has to rely on modern medications for severe health issues. In fact, it’s better if a person doesn’t. Modern medications are band aids. They merely mask the problem, not cure it.
