How Often Should You Cleanse Your Body?

When it comes to cleansing, how often is often enough? To answer that question, you first need to take a moment to consider the kind of lives that we all live. Toxins build up in our bodies all the time: they come from the additive-laden food we eat, the alcohol or caffeine we drink, and even the polluted air that we breathe. Going through a cleanse is a good way to make a fresh start, but the positive effects will not last forever. To stay free from harmful toxins, you should aim to cleanse approximately four times a year.

Why Four Times a Year?

Cleansing four times a year means that you can schedule your cleansing to coincide with the changing of the seasons. As well as offering significant physical benefits, going through a cleanse is also a good way to mentally commit to a fresh start. When you greet each change of the seasons with a revitalized body and a positive, forward-focused attitude, you can achieve great things.

Schedule Cleanses Ahead of Time

Plan each cleanse well in advance of the date that you will start the cleanse. Careful planning allows you to reschedule activities so that you can complete your cleanse in peace, without being stressed out by too many commitments. Learn to say no to other people’s demands on your cleansing time: setting time aside to take care of your body is vitally important for staying well in today’s busy modern world.

Meeting the Cost of Frequent Cleansing

Many cleansing plans are costly, which discourages people from cleansing regularly. However, you do not need to spend a lot of money on a cleansing program to reap the benefits of cleansing. Expensive cleansing plans are not necessarily better quality than more affordable ones. You will get many more benefits from investing in a less expensive plan that you can afford to follow four times a year, than you would from blowing all your cash on a single expensive cleanse that you cannot afford to repeat.

Get a Buddy on Board

Any health program is easier to stick to when you don’t have to go it alone. Educate your friends about the benefits of cleansing and ask them to go through a cleanse with you. They will soon be hooked. Once you have a cleansing buddy on board, you can remind and motivate each other to stick to your cleansing schedule.

Maximize the Benefits of Cleansing

Cleansing is a good way to clean out your system, but it should not be viewed as a quick-fix solution that you can do once and then forget about. In order to feel the benefits of cleansing all year long, you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle in between cleanses. Eat healthily, get enough sleep, and take regular exercise. Looking after yourself will make the amazing benefits of cleanses last longer, and will give you more motivation to keep up a regular cleansing schedule.

The word Cleansing has been so over used that it has different meanings for different people. Sort of like the word diet.

#NutritionalCleansing tries to separate out the true meaning of the word. It works with the bodys natural ability to cleanse itself and replenishes the body with essential enzymes nutrients.

Watch this brief video to see why #NutritionalCleansing and Replenishing are so key to healthy living and weight management.

Then you decide if you want to cleanse, how often to cleanse and what products are best to to use to get optimal results.

This writeup is so much couched in cryptology that one cannot fathom what the author means by cleansing! The only thing the author said is that cleansing removes toxins and other unwanted materials. This may then imply the use of materials that act systemically and the use of laxatives. This is very unscientific and must never be done! The body has its own control mechanisms that are better than what anybody can think of. If a toxin enters the body accidentally or otherwise the body is empowered to get rid of it. Toxins are foreign proteins which the body quickly recognizes and deals with it immunologically. If there is a build-up of materials in the body, the body self-cleanses itself. We know there are times we pass loose stools for a short period? That is the body’s cleansing action that simulates a cathartic action that pulls all those materials into the gut and they move quickly down the gut as if we have taken some purgative! And all these are self-regulated and solely controlled by the body’s homeostatic system; it needs no interference from anybody.

Nature has already endowed the body with the ability to rid itself of all unwanted materials when need be! Any other extraneous way will surely spell disaster for the body. Eat well, live a clean and healthy life and leave the rest for the body to do. You don’t need all this cleansing shenanigans; they are just very unscientific.
