    Interesting, but there is no real science behind it. There were a couple of studies with mice. One resulted in some weight loss, the other none. But the mice consumed the equivalent of 145 pounds of raspberries every day. Not really a healthy diet!

    Sounds interesting. I am relatively fit and watch what I eat but I have to say that my stomach area is a bit of a frustration after having my last child. It just doesn’t seem to want to go back to its original size :) I just might have to give the raspberry ketones a try.
