Obesity = 21% of U.S. Healthcare Costs

According to researchers at the University of Cornell, “obesity now accounts for almost 21 percent of U.S. health care costs — more than twice the previous estimates”.

And when we consider the current state of childhood obesity, that number has nowhere else to go but up.

Maybe it’s time to get serious about preventing obesity and promoting physical fitness???
