Obesity: The New Normal

  • In 1962, American families ate 3 square meals a day….real food, cooked at home, shared around the dinner table
  • 13% of the population was obese
  • In 2010, American families graze like cattle…on processed food, prepared in factories, inhaled in front of screens
  • 36% of of the population is obese
  • In 2030, 44% of all Americans are projected to be obese

  • Anyone still think there isn’t a problem?
