    It is important to have 1000 mg or more of EPA and 600 mg of DHA. Our bodies do not make these nutrients. Flaxseed oil is good for digestion. 500 mg of Omega 3 is not enough. You need to look at the breakdown on any label of the omega 3 present. Omega 6 and 9 is already produced by the body and is also included in many foods we eat.

    Please Never Eat Krill. Penguins live in blizzard conditions all year. Imagine walking miles with your ankles tied together over ice and snow and howling winds. One parent stays with the egg on their feet while the other walks miles in horrific conditions to throw themselves into freezing waters If they make it past the waiting killer wales they hope to fill up on Krill, and go through the whole thing all over again in order to feed their mate and baby. Krill fishing is not monitored. Who is going to tell the Chinese or Japanese they can not troll miles of filament net in international waters? With nothing else to eat Penguins will soon starve to death We have bloated bodies and many other renewable resources to make us live forever. Please Never eat Krill.

    Fish oil is a good dietary supplement but I would consult your doctor before taking any supplements. I read recent studies on fish oil supplements – they may actually cause harm. I would suggest instead eating more fatty fish and also plant foods rich in Omega-3 fats like flaxseeds, raw walnuts, leafy green vegetables
