Thintervention Online Weight Loss Program by Jackie Warner

In the latest celebrity fitness news, Jackie Warner, a celebrity fitness trainer, best known for her role on the Television show, ‘Thintervention with Jackie Warner‘ has just launched a new, innovative, online weight loss program.

Her show is airs on Bravo.  Jackie’s also written a New York Times best-selling book, “This is Why You’re Fat (And How to Get Thin Forever).”

Apparently, the online weight loss program is based on the same approach to diet and fitness that’s earned her a worldwide following.  What’s more is that the program also features a real online personal trainer.

For as little as $11 per week, you’re provided with customized daily workout and meal plans.  Warner claims to hand-pick as well as supervise the real human trainers.   Prices depend on your specific weight loss goals and range from $10.99 to $24.99 per week.  They’re additionally tied to a continuity model or fixed term (i.e. 6 months for the $10.99 per week rate).

The workout plans include multimedia demonstrations and studio-quality ‘how-to’ videos.  Her dietary plans include recommended meals, recipes, as well as complete dietary information.

There’s even an online activity log for trainers to monitor your progress and track your habits.

To clarify, I’ve never personally watched her television show or read any of her books.  Some may argue that it’s just another celebrity fitness trainer trying to make a cash grab while others may find a program like this to be useful.

Have you tried any of Jackie Warner’s products, read her book, or just watched her on TV, thoughts?

I like it better then Biggest Loser. If people didn’t need it, it wouldn’t be on. You don’t have to watch what you hate! Thank, God.

And yet, people keep watching and making her rich.
