What can be more fun than playing your favorite sports and improving your health at the same time? Most sports or games which involve physical movement have some kind of positive impact on our overall health. Even joining a sports community have shown some improvement in mental health as it involves doing teamwork and the sense of community keeps tension and stress away.

One of those good things about squash is that it can be played alone, so if you do not have anyone around to give you company, pick up a squash racket, find a wall and a hollow ball and get started with this awesome sport.     Endurance sports that work both the arms and the legs are definitely great ways to keep in shape. I even often suggest something such as walking to my clients.

      What about the impact on the knees and other joints…….hence these sports have to be torted moderately.
