Top 10 Sports to Improve Your Health

Cheerleader USC fitness

10. Cheerleader – Does this qualify as sports? Ask a cheerleader this question and come back without getting punched in the face… no really, being a cheerleader is no less than participating in the actual sport. Also, it is very healthy as the activity involves a lot of exercise, jumping all the time – this can surely qualify as an active sport.

An active sport does not necessarily mean competition, playing it actively and regularly is more important. Build a community around your sports and make social friends while playing the sport you love. This way, you will improve your mental health alongside your physical health.

Endurance sports that work both the arms and the legs are definitely great ways to keep in shape. I even often suggest something such as walking to my clients.
