Call it what you wish, the truth is that unwanted stomach fat, or “Visceral Fat,” is more seriously harmful than the silly names we refer to it as.

    I can not abide articles that promote any type of supplement / fat burners . A healthy diet and regular exercise that you like will reduce fat and maintain a healthy body weight and lifestyle . SIMPLE …..don’t consume more than you burn :)

    It takes various different approaches to ever really get good results. Nobody every loses weight by doing just one thing. Intensive exercise and a calorie controlled and healthy diet is the key.

    Bah, DHEA is garbage. I thought we decided years ago that DHEA did not have a significant impact on either muscle gain or fat loss. If you want to lose your belly fat, EXERCISE! 3, 30 minute HIIT workouts; 3, 45 minute strength training workouts; 2, 30 minute endurance cardio workouts first thing in the morning. Follow that routine every week and eat under maintenance level calories and the muffin top will slowly disappear.
