Amongst the bodybuilding / diet / weight-loss community, there is a lot of debate about the metabolic benefit of cheat meals.

Do they help to re-set a dieters metabolism or are they just an excuse to pig out?

In today’s article, we’re not going to discuss any of that sciency stuff.

    My cheat was yesterday. Went to my moms house and she had made her special sausage and spinach lasagna. Soooo damn good, an excellent way to cheat! Feeling fat from it today.

    Wow, that YouTube is just great. I didn’t realize that the Baconator had almost 1000 calories and 60 grams of fat. I guess I better cut back on those ;)

    Seriously, that is pretty funny stuff and it does a great job at illustrating how bad some of this food is for people.

    Uhhh — these guys are off to a nice start for the high end of EET Caloric cycling.

    I (Mr. EET) eats 2-3 meals like this a week – EVERY WEEK – more when I’m on vacation


    I always try to time it correctly so my metabolism can handle it, I stay away from so much cheese (metabolic loser) AND

    Much more importantly

    I have a dessert or two as well — what the hell kind of cheat meal is it without the DQ Dilly Bary Wendy’s Frosty AND a donut or two?

    Think that’s extreme — you should see some of Mrs. EET’s cheat meals! (we call em EET TREAT meals though)
