    Hi there,
    Very interesting. I never really thought about the fat soluble vitamins over dosing. But that really makes sense. We’ve always taken a supplement ‘just in case’. But we also try to eat lots of fresh veggies and fruit. Now we take the Fish Oil, B-12 injections and a muilti-vit for 65+. My, how things change!! Thanks for sharing.
