Track your activities and approximate calories spent by completing that activity. In order to lose weight naturally, you need to increase your activity by adding more workouts, adding time to your existing workouts or increasing the level of difficulty.

Great post. I believe that yoga can help with weight loss in a number of ways. It is a low-impact exercise that tones and strengthens. Even more importantly, it calms the mind and improves breathing. This is important for maintaining emotional strength, which can help with emotional overeating and other common problems that lead to weight gain. Guided meditation can also help with the emotional side of weight loss. Belleruth Naparstek’s web site, Healthjourneys, has further links to studies that link yoga and meditation to weight loss.
