Today’s post is for everyone who has an excuse for why….

  • they’re too busy to get to the gym
  • they can’t stick to their diet
  • their genetics are responsible for their obesity

If a guy with prosthetic legs can climb a mountain, you can sure as heck stick to your diet and get your butt into the gym.
